Summary

The focus of this project was to develop a mobile app for users to find and pick up shifts in the restaurant and bartending industry, complemented by a web app for restaurants to list available shifts and manage staffing. I took on the role of UI/UX designer. My task involved creating design prototypes for both the mobile and web apps, harmonizing the workflows of two distinct apps and maintaining consistent user experiences. To gauge usability and alignment with my vision, I closely observed how developers and project managers interacted with my design prototypes.
