Summary

This project transformed the risk assessment process for a company’s representatives into a guided digital conversation through a web app. My role centered on creating the app’s interface and user experience with an audience that had varying degrees of experience with technology. Given the user base’s potential lack of tech proficiency, I adopted a simple design approach, informed by research into similar apps. Midway through the project, adaptations were made to accommodate new features and integrate conversational AI, aligning with the evolving needs of the launch team and enhancing user interaction.
